Veni Vidi Amavi: I came. I saw. I loved.
Wow, talk about an invasion! Hugest thanks to everyone that came to The British Are Coming Burlesque Show at Surly Wench Pub last night, packed the house and cheered and tipped and cheered some more - yowza!!! With so much gratitude, I would like to thank everyone that helped make this show so amazing, starting with our performers: Bunny Boom Boom, Desiré d’Amour, Taryn Garters, Natasha Noir, Trixie Phillips, Ginger SinClaire, Cha Cha Velour, KittenMinx LaFemme, and Nikki Riot, for completely slaying it on stage, our hostess with the mostest Stephka Von Snatch for keeping us in stitches with her perfectly twisted sense of humor, our Stage Wench Lady L’Creme for picking up after us with such style and grace, stage manager Eva Destruction for her behind-the-scenes assistance, our merch gal Whiskey Tango, sound and lights by Cord Boyd, Surly Wench Pub and their most awesome staff, our videographer Glen AZ, our photographer Rick Bracht and last but certainly not least our ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL band The Furys, who rocked 4th Avenue all night long!!! Very special thanks to Jacob Hacker for all of his hard work, support, and encouragement throughout our production process, and additional special thanks again to The Furys for working so hard on this show as these were all new songs for the band!
